All right, welcome back, The Trilateral podcast episode 94. How are we doing? How's it going guys? How's it going? All right. Episode 94, Trilateral podcast. We got just a little bit of F1. We got a race finally coming up this weekend in the United States. Hopefully it's good weather. Hopefully it's a good race, feel like or a need of something exciting with them being at such a long break. Yeah, I'm hoping it's not a... Absolutely. Yeah, for something. It could be or it could just be absolute chaos. Who knows? Happy, it's coming back, but then I look at it at the schedule ahead, then we got another two weeks off after that. Yeah. He's in trash. He's in trash. It's definitely been off-cute. It's almost going to be like it's starting back up at this point I feel with not as much hype if that makes sense. Yeah, no, you're not. It looks like... Yeah, weather-wise it looks fairly decent down in Miami. It's not better than up here. I think we're supposed to get snow tonight or something possibly. Tonight? I love it. I love to hear it. I've heard something about a Florida night and I'm like, what the fuck ever. Maybe moving down south isn't too bad. Yeah. Yeah. I should've given this shit to him old. Looks like the possible chance because race is Sunday at four our time. It could be a wet one. 76% chance down there right now. That'll add to the potential chaos. Well, Miami, weather can change all the time just like, you know, Michigan, weather, there's same shit. So... But yeah, it kicks off tomorrow with practice at noon. Little longer practice because this is a sprint weekend. Friday evening we kick it right off into sprint qualifying. And then sprint race. And then standard qualifying race qualifying Saturday. And then the main event Sunday at four. Sunday at four. Yep. So... Not really much chatter. Some drivers kind of don't think the regulations will change much. I guess we'll see. A lot of teams bringing some new stuff. New car livers and all that jazz. Main one I've seen fully is Cadillac. It's pretty sweet, pretty slick all white and black with a little bit of red, white and blue on the rear of the wing in the back. So... How many just should do like a Miami vice color way? Yeah. That'd be pretty wicked. The rest I haven't really seen much of. Like I said, the chatter just seems like it's low. Maybe algorithms off or something. I don't know. But... Ooh. Racing's bull racing bulls did a yellow black livery. That actually looks pretty sharp. Hmm. Yeah. So go check those out. Those are some pretty neat ones. Kind of digging that racing bulls one. But I see a black and yellow. Yeah, black and yellow is the big red bull on the back on top of the engine color. Nice. Hmm. We're already doing anything different. I don't believe so. I don't believe so. Cadillac racing bulls. That looks like the main ones. I don't think anyone else really did it. Anything special. That looks pretty sweet though. Yeah. Wow. Yeah, check those out. I've just been following the NBA a little bit closer than the NHL at the moment. Still in the first round, wrapping up first rounds. I believe one of the Celtics, yeah, yeah, yeah. Boston leads a series against the Sixers. Next leads a series against the Hawks and San Antonio leads a series. Actually, yeah, okay. Then Orlando leads a series against the pistons, which is unfortunate. I don't know if you guys have been seeing any of those games or any of those highlights, but number one seed not looking like a number one seed, but what do we always say, Hunter? The trick can't have shit. Yeah. All right. So then we got the Cleveland Cavaliers. At least in the series against Toronto. And then we got the Lakers leading the series against the Rockets, but they look a little shasty right now. You know lost these last two series. What's the Rio? I swear we got the Lakers. But KDs, I'm pretty sure he's out for the next game. So KDs out next game for Houston. So it should be good for the Lakers. Yeah, no one likes her. All right. All right. So yeah, those are those series. What I was one of the day forget Timberwolves and the Nuggets. Timberwolves are leading the series. But is there some people looking hurt for the Timberwolves too? Yeah, they're playing right now. Then we got a. Oilers. No, in a high. Last night. Anaheim is up against the. Oilers. That series was pretty blown out. There wasn't. Was it three nothing? Or two water? What was it? It was pretty big. It was two one. They kind of did the same thing. Sabers are doing them. And that could potentially end tonight. They play at 10. I think is. Yeah. Yeah, they played very bad. Yeah. So I'm hoping oilers can pull it out. Hope, but. It's kind of hopeful on it coming back. But yeah, they fucking blew it over time yesterday. It was a one to zero game. They wouldn't want it. They would have forced out in a crazy three. I'll come back. Mm-hmm. I've been crazy to see them force game seven and game seven would have been in Pittsburgh. So. So I really blew that chance. But yeah, Vegas man. They also Vegas coming back. And they're serious. Yeah, Vegas leads a series now three to it's been a good two down two. But the next game is in Utah. So we'll see we haven't done shit over there. But all right, then we got that lightning. Well, Montreal leads that series right now. I mean, so I knew which is very surprising. So I'm pretty sure you had game six in Montreal. So that's not good for Tampa Bay. We got three games six is on Friday. The alive ones would be a Buffalo could wrap it up. Canadians could wrap it up and the nights could wrap it up. It's going to be hard games for Buffalo and Vegas because they're both way to try to wrap it up for game six. So we'll see. Yeah, you probably have a high, big Montreal should and I Montreal should be able to wrap it up if they both can't wrap it up tonight tomorrow. It's going to be a tough game seven is playing away. So. So much more fun to watch. Even the playoffs are in tension that just seems like the play is just different. All right, that's the series. Chris, I know you're pulling for your oilers to. Yeah, these ducks. It'd be pretty cool to see the Vegas and the oilers in the next round. Yes, it would be. All right, moving on to the NFL draft. What is our overall? How do we think the draft went? First of all, an amazing location in a perfect spot in the city of Picksburg right there by the stadium right there in that little look by the rivers where they all meet. Perfect for a draft. I thought pretty sick. Oh, pretty iconic. I see everybody posted. It's going to be in DC next year. Oh, DC would be sick too. Fuck. So, yeah, that's going to be awesome. It was like 800 and was it 809,000 or something? They posted like the final tally of attendance. But definitely took the crown there on attendance. That was pretty slick spot to do it though. Obviously. But overall, did you guys like the, like, honor? I think you guys did pretty decent. I don't know what about the whole quarterback situation, but I mean, everything was drafted right. We drafted two receivers as well. Like the first three or four rounds, I thought was kind of interesting, but I think we really needed that after having the good receivers we have, but we also focused on offense align though, which I know we really needed, which I liked. So you guys got choices. So, well, yeah, definitely got good, good choices for receiver. So it would be interesting to see. So I don't know if that means we're going to be trying to move Metcalf at all at all or what that whole thing is, but this will show. See when you guys ain't getting that upset. I hope not. So, I definitely hope not. Chris, how do you feel about the bills? It went about what I anticipated. Looking at some of the different media at what grades I kind of thought we were greater little higher than I expected. But as far as picks and type of picks we were going to get, I position wise, I kind of thought it was on par what I figured they'd probably do. We had heavy defense and then we pick up a few other potential depth ads. You know, I probably say the wider receiver one was going to say Skyler Bell is a really, I like to, I like to, that could be pretty huge, especially if you can drive and get in there and drive for, I didn't realize his stats were that good from like a, I think he was number two in FBS for yards after catch. I think it was either top two or top five, one of the, I kept seeing that being talked about with that pick. You know, we picked up some good defensive players, got some help in the offensive line, picked up a punter, something that's kind of been, we bounced that position around through a lot of different names. So, I like cornerback from House Day 2. David. So, you know, few, I think for the most part, I think we're right in the A range for most media outlets. We did what it looked like our roster needed, so. Yeah, I'd say so. You think it's kind of shocking around what we did with trademys, but it seemed like it worked out in the end. You think you're going to do some more moving around? From like free agency side? Yeah. I don't know, really. I don't know if it really need to, but it's hard to say, because there's going to be some new pieces in play. Our defense is basically being reworked for the most part. It's kind of a scheme. Maybe being able to pull something out of his hat, but I don't know if it's going to be as big as it has needed to be in years past. It might be like, let's see what's this draft class and current team can do. Maybe some late pickups. They've fit a lot of lines in the money's rate, but feeling pretty decent with kind of the drama that transpired towards the end of the season. It's been a little better about it. It's been a minute, you know, everybody's kind of forgotten about it. I'm liking the chatter we're getting on the new stadium as far as we're probably going to be one of the last teams to play outside. All these new stadiums like being lined up are all going to be fucking indoor. You don't think they're going to put Lambo indoor. That one didn't really come up, but Denver, KC, a few others. I know they talk about Kansas City again, a new stadium. Yeah, Denver's in Cleveland getting a new one too soon. They're talking about. Yeah, and that will be indoors too. It's not going to be in Cleveland though, is it? It's going to be outside, right? I thought Cleveland's going to be still in Cleveland. I thought Chicago was going to move outside of Chicago. Yeah, Chicago, that one's going to turn into Gary and the air bears. Yeah, I don't. Is that for real, bro? They're going to hit some roadblocks because it's starting to, I don't think so. With the whole, you know, getting the land and all this and making sure it's going to be right for the community and I don't know if it's going to go that well, but we'll see. I think they'll be in our lifetime. I think that the most will stadium is still outside, I think there has to be. Yeah, I don't see pits for going inside anytime soon. So, like our stadium location is perfect as it gets. Yeah, unless they just start building bubbles over fucking stadiums. Well, we'll see. I'm surprised, you know, if the money is right for the Super Bowl. Yeah, you got to think about that a lot of teams are thinking about just like trying to host a Super Bowl and what it brings to the town, brings to the city. Still got a drive there though. They can't transport us. They can't teleport there. So, yeah, who the fuck wants to go to the fucking Super Bowl in Cleveland? Dude, the who the fuck, the Super Bowl was in Detroit. Exactly who was going to score there? That's why it hasn't been there in forever. I'm trying to like process that, bro, like that's like crazy. Being over here now and seeing all this shit, like, I'm shit, bro, that's nuts. Yeah, I think it's still one of those games that should be played outside, but yeah. I think the Super Bowl should be played in the Rose Bowl every year. Period. Someone knocking at your door? I door? Yeah. No. Or a haunted door. No. No, that'd be sweet, but yeah. All by the way, I'm just walking your apartment. No? No. Um, do you feel pretty decent about ours? I think the grades are generous and most part are just looking at some of them. I see CBS rated the Jags being the worst, but really? They rated CBS rated Steelers 30th. Damn. Damn. It's probably because we took a fucking quarterback that, to those of you seem to be healthy to play this year or the next two years. He's not going to be healthy. No, and pretty sure you're fucking towards ACL or something even worse than that. That all last season. I thought he played. No, he got hurt towards them. He didn't finish the whole season. He got hurt because I remember Penn State fell off big time when he got hurt. Oh, yeah. Do you remember? He got he did play a little bit and then he got hurt. Yeah, they were supposed to be like a top 14 in the nation and they fucking, did they have a finish being ranked? I don't even think so. Probably not. So. See, went through their coach getting fired or resigned over the hell that was and then, yeah, yeah. Crazy. Overall, it was, uh, I didn't file this one as much this year, but overall, I think it went okay. I would say the same. Cleveland did take another quarterback. Interesting. All right. Any other news we want to touch on? Talk about. Hmm. A lot of that, a lot of the cross NCAA, um, conference championships are wrapping up and then we'll be moving into the championship, um, outside of that. I think it's a full moon tomorrow.
