All right, welcome back, The Trilateral Podcast episode 92. How's it going? Everybody? How's it going? How's it going? How's it going? All right. Mastery's week is over with, kind of sad. Comes and goes too fast. But boy, we recorded on what? We recorded on Thursday last week, right? Yeah. So we recorded the night after the first round. Boy, did we have a roller coaster? I'll say this. I think Saturday was so good that it didn't matter what happened on Sunday that they were just running around top of Saturday. Like, moving day, Saturday was-- I was probably the craziest masters. I had like, a round of golf and mastered I've seen in a long time. That was crazy. A lot of people say that too. Back and forth, it was, let's say, it was-- so all week they were talking about how course was in perfect conditions. And they had all 100% control of the course to where they could have done whatever they wanted with it. When I say they had haunches, they could have told the Greens people and the workers, like, this is what we're going to do. This is how hard we're going to make the course. Yeah, you got it. And they had the opportunity to do that. But Saturday produced the lowest scoring average since, like, I want to say it was, like, 2019. And then before that, well, 2019 was still not as low. It was still just above this year. And then the next lowest one to that was, I think, not till since 1975. Damn. So it was a crazy Saturday. And when I say crazy, everybody on the leaderboard, but the leader shot an amazing score. You know what I mean? And that, like, a lot of people say in the theory of it, why wouldn't it be the lowest scoring average Saturday since the '70s when we had the highest 36 whole lead or the largest 36 whole lead in master's history? You know what I mean? So it was pretty awesome. Ultimately, Rory did, yes, blow a six shot lead. But he came back, persevered. Didn't want to give up the green jacket, and went back to back in one on Sunday. Ultimately, it's a great story. It's freaking sweet. He's only the fourth person to ever go back to back at the masters. It makes sense. What I have loved to see Justin Rose come out of the fucking woods and just sneak away with it. Yeah, that had been pretty sick, especially after losing the playoff last year. But Rory, he showed us why he's a master's champ, so he deserves it. But watch out for the next couple majors, because I think we'll see Scotty up there. I think we'll see Cameron Young up there. I think we'll see a lot of the same people at the leaderboard just because those are your top contenders right now. So those are your top golfers. And it was pretty consistent with the world rankings, which was pretty cool too. I don't know if you guys saw what was going on with the live, but you guys seeing the news with the live golf and the live tour? No. There's a lot of drama and a lot of concern on where the money's going to be coming from, because the main supporter of it is talking about back and out and no longer funding it, because it's just was just a money hole. And it hasn't produced what-- they wondered it too. The whole team aspect of golf really hasn't kicked off like they thought it would and shit like that. So they were going to see a lot of golfers back to the PGA tour if they can qualify and get their cards. I mean, some of these guys are still washed. They're kind of getting washed up. That's how they got on the live tour in the first place. They weren't performing on the PGA tour. We weren't able to make money. Now they just took a guaranteed contract at the live, but that shit's about to go under. Yeah. Hm. It's interesting. I don't know. I don't know. Yeah. That's going to be weird. How they're going to pay them out for some of their contracts then, but I'm guessing they're just not going to pay them at that point. So-- I mean, if their contract is in, is it conduits? They can still pay them, or they got their guaranteed money and shit like that. But we'll see. All right. Enough golf. What do we got going on? Else we got the draft coming up soon, right? NFL draft next week coming up in Pittsburgh. That's right. I forgot about that. You? You guys better not blow it. We got 12 draft picks. We're going to be doing some type of trades. So-- Yeah, I should just make it electric. Oh, looks so. Do some fun-- Maybe do some crazy ass trading. What do you call it? What does that call it? Draft day shit. Yeah. So-- Damn, you guys see the Tennessee Titans New Logo? I honestly have not looked at it. I knew they were putting one out, but I have not even-- I just saw it. Through me offers, I can-- oh, shit. And then that's right, Hunter talked about it the last episode or something. That's crazy. All right, cool. Obviously, we know who's going to get picked in the first round, first pick. Is there ever a scenario where we see that going in a different direction? No, right? It's going to be for Randolph and Dosa, right? Yeah, there already pretty much. Like, they already started selling his jerseys in Las Vegas, I bet. So-- Pretty much. So--[LAUGHTER] I saw he's the first person since Trevor Lawrence to not attend the draft actually for the number one pick. So he's not going to be in attendance. He's going to be at home. Really? Yeah. So he'll be the first person since Trevor Lawrence to do that. Trevor Lawrence did it because it was fucking COVID. I'm pretty sure they said the thing in person, though. So-- yeah, this guy's doing-- Dosa's doing it to be in his field with his whole entire family. What's that? What's that? Kind of what he was preaching. It's kind of his thing, so. Yeah. Yeah, whatever. I'm not going to speak. Moving on. Hunter, did you see that Jeremiah Love is like predicted to be the fourth pick going to Tennessee? Yeah. I really don't want him to go to Tennessee, but I hope he's a top five pick. That'd be awesome. I mean, he deserves these. Fucking beast, so. Tony Pollard and TyJ Spears along with fucking Jeremiah Love. That's pretty good. Yeah, that's too good, guys, to develop. And so. And then you got that fucking-- you got Cam War, bro. Second sophomore year, Cam War, yeah, bro. Tennessee can be something with some fresh new jerseys, man. They might have a different attitude about them. Yeah. Or they stole my suck. There's that too. We'll see if Cam War actually does something this year. So we're trying to find the Buffalo Bills pick, but you know, damn, he's going to-- damn. Fucking ears are going to get Keon Archaon Sadik from Oregon. I don't know. I'm butchering. It's the title. The title. Yeah. Yeah, as long as he doesn't go to Kansas City, I'll be happy. Because I keep hearing the chiefs trying to get him to. All right, you guys are predicted to get a guard from Penn State. I'm not going to try to pronounce his name either. We need offense line. Yeah, I would love to get a quarterback, but I feel-- What the fuck is this guy? Keldrick Fulk. What the fuck? What the fuck? What the fuck? All right, that's what our predicted pick is. The defense of N from Auburn. Hmm. Hmm. Yes. Same old record there. Interesting. All right, whatever, Jim. I just had to read that whole little scenario of whatever it was. Who the fuck is Bradley Chubb? Yeah, I know who Bradley Chubb is. Oh. Jeez. But no, I hope there's-- I hope it's an electric draft. I hope it's a lot of trades, and I don't think that. And I hope Pittsburgh does some crazy shit. So being in Pittsburgh for the first time in a long time, that'd be cool to see. So where is it going to be yet? Pittsburgh is going to be by the stadium probably. Like out there, right? I'm guessing it's going to be somewhere downtown, maybe, or other. I love that we're going to do it kind of like on that open under the stadium through there. That'd be smart. It's a nice area right there by the stadium, right by the water. I thought there was-- I don't know if there was-- I thought there was some sort of advertisement or post or billboard or something when we were in Pittsburgh for that Buffalo game. I guess where was on that end of the field. Man might have had it post over there. That'd be pretty cool if it's in by the water and everything like that. So-- Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Pittsburgh be popping. OK.[GROANS] All right. And then for the draft coming up next week, tuning in. All right, we got out there that-- was it a couple days in NHL playoffs? Yeah, NHL playoffs start Saturday. They're already locking all the teams pretty much. Teams are locked in, schedule set. Who's Pittsburgh got first round? Pittsburgh is got Philly. Oh, it's great. Well, it was a little too hour drive or whatever it is, 2.5 hour drive. Penn State. Oh, it would be sick. What was that? It was a good one. Yeah, that's the first one to kick off Saturday evening edge, I believe. I don't remember exact time, but--[GROANS] And then-- actually, take that back. That's not the first one. Saturday is still the first game, but first game is senators and hurricanes. Saturday at 3 p.m. So it looks like we've got three games on Saturday. And then three on Sunday. The flyers in Penguins play 8 p.m. on Saturday. Then we got wild. The wild and the stars are playing Saturday 5.30. Going into Sunday, Bruins and Sabers. At 1 p.m. Oh, big of a series. And then we also have at the same time, interesting. And, okay. All three of these games are at the same time. All at 1 p.m. Mammoth and Golden Knights. Golden Knights. And then the Canadians and Lightning. So Roderins didn't make it? Or did you say that they made it-- Roderins?--dynamic it? Yeah. No, they did not make it. Jeez. Well, I think it's a-- I think it's a----decently----dynamic it, but a week ago, I believe. Jeez. I'll send you guys a link if you haven't already seen it, but we're going to do an NHL playoff where I can-- for shits and giggles. Sounds well known. Hell yeah. Hell yeah. I invited a few others too. So where are they going to be streaming the NHL playoffs? Is this going to be an ESPN or is it-- I think it's the normal channels. Just trying to see what streaming service I don't know if YouTube TV will have it all or it's coming all just be on. Looks like ESPN, TNT, ABC, ESPN Plus, Blue and Max. And then sports and TVA for the Canadians. Whoops. I don't see any mention of YouTube, but it should be interesting. There's some new blood in there, much so. Make it nice. If we wanted to do any early predictions, we could just each pick the eye pick and team that we think's going to win. So prior to you have a good idea of who all three of us will probably pick different ones, but still. So-- So-- You want to go first, Center? Yeah, I mean, I think Pittsburgh, I'll take Pittsburgh still. I think I'm hoping they'll do good. They've had a really good season. So as long as they can all stay healthy. So-- but ping-wooers will be a good first round for them. So good test. You really think they can get it done? I mean, they got to with this team. The team are getting old, so they only got a good year or two, especially with the three big guys they have on their team. They're not going to be together forever. They've been together now for 19 straight seasons. So they're top three guys. So they-- I think I said they get to play good, but they don't do it this year. We might not see them win for a while. So I think they really wanted this year, though. So-- Gotcha. Um. So-- oh, they didn't even make it. So defending champs last year didn't even make it in. OK. Off-border? Yeah. They didn't make it in one. They won two in a row, man. What can you say, man? They got a party out, you know? Um, it might be a bit of a-- me personally, I think it's probably going to be a bit of a stretch for my shoot here, because they've definitely lost the big ones, but I'm probably going to pull for Edmonton once again. Though I went in my buffload trying to get through the sabers. So-- but probably Edmonton-- granted the way the rounds are shaped it up. It'd be pretty sweet to see Edmonton and sabers playing it out. But there's some tough teams out there. No, probably a challenge for both of those, but I think that's where my pixel pray setting is one of those two. I'd love to pick Buffalo. But it'd be cool to take them and see them win this. But I think they're on paper, probably one of the best teams. They-- I mean, technically they are. One of the best teams on paper in that division, but they're going against Boston in the first round. Boston, yeah, they didn't make them play out last year, but Boston's a historically really good playoff team. So-- Yeah, a very experienced team. So kind of a rough first round draw for Buffalo. So-- Obviously, in the Vegas Golden Knights, I like the Knights. And I do think that they're going to beat the hell out of the mammoth in the first round, because what are the mammoth even doing in the first round or in the playoffs? So I think-- ultimately, though, I think the best team in this whole playoff, I think that they'll finally get it done. Well, maybe they won. I don't know. They won two, three years ago, but I'm going to go on. I'm going to say I think Carolina's going to win this year. So that's a good picture. I think Carolina's probably the best team in the whole, the Eastern side. The West side, honestly, guys, it's anybody's. Edmonton could come out and have another big run. Fucking-- we could see Colorado do something, shit. We could see Dallas and Minnesota do something. So Carolina, I think, is the best team in the East. Unfortunately, do it at Buffalo's draw. If Buffalo somehow gets out and beats Boston, watch out. Buffalo's a really-- It might be there, yeah. Buffalo's a pretty electric team. There we go. No, no, no, no. I like it. A little bit of everything there. Ooh, pooh, pooh. Yeah, I'll put that bracket together. We'll look at it. Anything else we want to touch on, brothers? No, not really. I think that's about it for tonight. Was good. Birthday shout out. No, yes. Can we? Birthday shout out to Kenzie. Happy 16th. Happy 16th, baby. Happy birthday. And maybe just a little shout out to be thinking about our brother in up north in Michigan, whether it's been a little unruly and it's looking rough for a lot of areas up there. So yeah. You safe out there? Well, yeah, I think that's it. And date with everything. Make sure you watch it. Yeah. But until next one. All right. For listening. Peace.
