What up guys welcome back trilateral podcast episode 68 right yeah Let's go everybody How's it going? F1 race college football and NFL a couple things to go over F1 we can start with Yeah I didn't know awesome Austin. Yeah, US Grand Prix Austin, Texas I watched some of the race I didn't watch at all Wasn't Crazy Exciting Usually that one's a little more upbeat, but I don't know if there's just so many things kind of already in the bag for this season That's lost a little bit of its lost or maybe I think that's the house Yeah, with the constructors being already taking care of It's like me Another driver's things up in the air and all max is fucking coming back. He could actually take it If McClean doesn't get their shit together Yeah, it was our podium this past weekend was max lando Charles We was could easily been on the podium for our he looked pretty spot on Mercedes Tell off This race quite a bit Russell six Kimmy down in 13th Only one DNF Carose which he actually probably could have contended because he actually finished third in the sprint race I believe There was a sprint race this weekend too so McClean didn't get any points for that The Sprint race had a nice little Crash at the first turn One of the kick Sauer cars hit one of the McCleans and then the other McClean hit the other McClean so that was their sprint race Max It might not been a grand slam but No, actually I think he did lead every fucking lap now that I think of it Yeah, you really? Yeah, I think he did this race actually only three cars were lapped you know, that's nice Overall not crazy Mathematically, there's still Four drivers potentially I could take the championship Obviously, Piaftris is still leading it on Norris and second max and then George those are your four that could technically take world champion still Mathematically Piaftris only leading by 14 points And then max is only 40 points behind him So Two two more wins and you know he's Number one So Is it a back from the two ones either Yeah, because he's only going to get stronger as we get further into the schedule So Obviously McClean already got the constructors wrapped up Really there's a three way potentially for second Mercedes is second right now for are he's right there and then max is only three points behind for are Which is just crazy that one drivers are counting for 90% of those points Candy and I he's a good racer Whether you like him or like his attitude or not he definitely knows how to fucking create I was just going to say like it doesn't matter he's literally like carrying that whole red bull team so yeah I decided to say my personal opinion for him is gotten a little better You can't deny the skill so But So next race is in next no Brazil Right no Mexico Mexico That is this weekend And then Brazil Take a week break a week break and it's Brazil and up to Vegas break So He can easily take it honestly if McClearing cannot get back to their Usually business and I'm not to count it out honestly I think we could see a little bit of a Depending on how tight it gets it could get real could get nasty between the two of them I hope they keep it clean but it all depends Outside of that really the only other chatter in a paddock is there's still a number of seats not a hundred percent filled for drivers next season Mercedes I don't know if they've officially signed but they have confirmed that rustling Russell and Kimi will stick with the team for next season Wow Red Bull still got to fill that so I can see officially they don't have either the racing bull seats filled I ponder that they will probably put Isaac in the red Bull 2C I hope that's not too soon for me but Whoever does get it the one thing they do have going for them though it's it's all new regulations new cars next season so There's that caveat to it This can be different for everyone that's why I think it's it's anyone's anyone for the championship next year Oh Outside of that I think that covers covers for me the one Um For this week Well I'm moving into week 8 of college football Pretty good week I mean a lot of upsets in the top 10 so starting off with Friday night we had number one number they were before but Louisville beating Miami that was huge shout maybe is right to right yeah that's crazy Louisville I think it was Break 20 or something Miami's still in the top 10 but out Then we got a Vanderbilt beating LSU Vadebo is good those are only their seventh win seventh time ever beating a top 10 team in school history I'm carrying anybody so I'm going to go Vanderbilt is good their record against top 10 teams are like those like six and like 120 something I've had a terrible record against top 10 teams you take a Missouri or maybe a bill so I think Missouri in this week Missouri I still think Well I'm I think Vanderbilt's not that great so I think LSU also played a really shit game So I bet they played that game ten times LSU wins at least eight of those things I think LSU was still the better team But it was a good one for Vanderbilt like it's cool they're top 10 team now it's cool to see them up there so Um And we had Michigan took care of business against Washington I would think a pretty good game I kind of thought Michigan might struggle in that game they held up pretty good Indiana now ranked number two in the country destroyed Michigan State I mean not beat him up pretty good Indiana looks really really good with their coach also getting what an eight year extension now Still only being in a second year that's crazy Yeah so And we had a big game I think was a game of the week we had Ole Miss at Georgia Georgia pulling that one off Ole Miss was leading I think in start the fourth and then Georgia took it to him so Rough one but then we had Ohio State shutting out West Consum 34 to zip at West Consum So Arizona Tech I was on the state upsetting Texas Tech One of those another top 10 team that lost Texas A&M was very surprised and they're ranked third down the country I think they're ranked fourth or fifth they're kind of scary Yeah but they almost lost Arkansas who was still them I mean I get it was in Arkansas but that was the worst game for Texas A&M But it's still great that's cool to see Texas A&M ranked third that's been a while since we've seen Texas A&M ranked that good Washington State Virginia was a really good game back and forth Virginia barely pulled it off and it's crazy that Virginia is top 16 now Both of those teams Virginia is six minutes since they've been there Virginia had that I don't think I came over the last time they were a 16th They barely make top 25 at all so There's a way better teams than But then we got Oregon beat up on Rutgers pretty good Oregon ranked sixth Texas and Kentucky that was a game Texas should have been like that game No Arch looked terrible another game where he barely had on over under yards passing Yeah Arch does suck he's not good I don't care what anybody says he is not good South Florida beat up on Florida Atlantic South Florida being ranked 18th Pretty wild Third good team to share Kind of seeing Bama Bama really took care of business in that game I thought that game was going to be a lot closer and I think it was going to be a 17 point game Notre Dame USC really good game Notre Dame's on track to win out hopefully and make the playoffs still with two losses So that was there I'd say their last hard game the season so let's hope they can win out went out the rest Missouri took care of Auburn Cincinnati destroyed Oklahoma State And final game talk about say Utah and BYU was a good one BYU almost the top 10 team as well I think it's been a loss and we've seen BYU be a top 10 team And unusual for them for football But it barely pulled it out against Utah so I'm pretty sure that was a stupid late game too I think that game started at like 11 o'clock So those like on the West Coast yeah so they're there Yeah Out of the top teams you think there's any glaring posers I think there's a few posers up there for sure but I mean the teams that just aren't that good that are just up there I mean I'm not high on text saying that person I'm not that high text saying And then like I said Vanderbilt Vanderbilt can get passed who they playing this week Missouri If they can get passed Missouri this week I think it's in Missouri too if I'm not sticking Yeah, there's no it's in Vanderbilt but I think if they can beat Missouri this week I'll get a bit that they're good by is I don't know if Vanderbilt is that good with team still But definitely Texas saying that might say it would be a team that is always going to be on Upside Alert And they're playing LSU this week in LSU so I think Texas saying that game is a peak That barely Where's a game of the week because coming game of the week would definitely be I would say even though it's not high ranking when it's mission mission state Yeah, I don't know that would be I think college game day should do it it'd be cool if they did it at Lansing but probably though they'll probably do Vanderbilt in Missouri Maybe Oklahoma and Ole Miss 8 for 13 yeah proud that'd be the highest ranked ones would be Oklahoma and Ole Miss So in Oklahoma So I would love to see UCLA going to Indiana and beat Indiana that being so you see UCLA just been on a roll lately They won what three straight after losing four straight then they got that new coach and they cousins came back and beat the Colts He was down there shit ton that was that was fucking nuts They got lucky though because that guy that was kicking their field goals Who like wasn't even like a kicker Yeah they got lucky in that aspect but like still He's still you can't beat you You gotta give it up for Jackson Dart He was doing the right thing Instead of just trying to get like first down out of balance when he was like you know 40-50 yards away from the goal line He was throwing deep balls like two or three in a row trying to get the PI And he got the PI on third down so he got it on other points So Um Yeah and then the Monday night games Detroit looked good Baker had no weapons Unfortunately I mean test Johnson still looks pretty good but no Mike Evans is off of the season now still no Chris Godwin We can buck these back this week So I don't think even bread looked that good I think both offense has struggled They both couldn't hold onto the ball worked at all I think there
